About ProfessionalMom

It's hard to imagine not having children but I didn't want children when Joe and I married years ago. Well, I didn't tell him of course! But I did have a conversation with Jesus about it and I told Him that I had forgotten that I gave my life to Him as a young girl and it was His life and what did He want me to do? He, evidently, wanted me to have children because I had 6 children in 6 years. And I am blessed beyond measure. With 4 grown daughters and 2 grown sons, 11 grandchildren, husbands, wives and boyfriends, a missionary husband and a traveling occupation, my life is extremely full.

Add to that the burning desire to share my mommy experience with others and you have a semi-quazi incredibly crazy life that I wouldn't take a ba-zillion dollars for.

Born in Schenectady, NY, a long, long time ago, it is really cool to see how God has worked in my life to get me to the lovely city of Mobile, AL married to my high school sweetheart, Joe.

What does it take to be a Professional Mom? Well, this role is so diverse that every mom, grandmoms, caregivers  and even some dads qualify.
